Responsibilities:

• Managing the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage supplier selection and build ongoing supplier relationships
• Optimize procurement processes
• Generating and implementing efficient procurement and category management strategies
• Optimize sourcing and procurement procedures to attain maximum efficiency
• Contract Management and implementation
• Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques

Requirements

• Proven work experience in Sourcing and Procurement work
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
• Diploma or BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.30pm
