Responsibilities:
- Prepare & update the on/off hire report on the server
- Update the daily Tank Management System
- Update CSC certification information to the server
- Prepare documents for CSC certification for all ISO tank
- Maintain ISO tank & LGC maintenance record
- Update quality documents for the Quality department
- Follow up with the site service/maintenance report for house & customer
- Follow up with sales on the maintenance charges if the tank is found abnormal after returning from the customer
- Helping the maintenance department to prepare for service & repair quotation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Knowledge SAP is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, self-motivated and resourceful
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Availability for 5.25 workdays per week (Alterna Saturday)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
Lunch: 12.30pm to 1:42pm
